In this study, we found that human cervical‐derived adipocytes maintain intracellular iron level by regulating the expression of iron transport‐related proteins during adrenergic stimulation. Melanotransferrin is predicted to interact with transferrin receptor 1 based on in silico analysis.

Structural insights into an engineered feruloyl esterase with improved MHET degrading properties
A feruloyl esterase was engineered to mimic key features of MHETase, enhancing the degradation of PET oligomers. Structural and computational analysis reveal how a point mutation stabilizes the active site and reshapes the binding cleft, expading substrate scope.

Diversity and complexity in neural organoids
Neural organoid research aims to expand genetic diversity on one side and increase tissue complexity on the other. Chimeroids integrate multiple donor genomes within single organoids. Self‐organising multi‐identity organoids, exogenous cell seeding, or enforced assembly of region‐specific organoids contribute to tissue complexity.

On the economical politics of invention [PDF]
This article tackles the question of invention in Jacques Derrida’s thought of deconstruction according to two perspectives. In the first part, drawing on “Psyché: Invention of the Other”, it examines its economic implications; in the second ...

Hyperosmotic stress induces PARP1‐mediated HPF1‐dependent mono(ADP‐ribosyl)ation
Sorbitol‐induced hyperosmotic stress rapidly induces reversible mono(ADP‐ribosyl)ation (MARylation) on PARP1 without the signs of genotoxic signaling. We show that PARP1 autoMARylation is HPF1 dependent and forms hydroxylamine‐resistant O‐glycosidic linkages.

The objective of this paper is to examine the role of a digital game series in elevating this relatively minor mythological figure to the status of a synecdoche for the broader concept of “Slavic mythology” and in its appropriation as part of Polish cultural heritage. To this end, this study analyzes Leshy's position in both Polish

Fluorescent probes for imaging and detection of plant hormones and their receptors
Exploring plant behavior at the cellular scale in a minimally invasive manner is critical to understanding plant adaptation to the environment. Phytohormones play vital regulatory roles in multiple aspects of plant growth and development and acclimation ...
