Deep Learning‐Powered Scalable Cancer Organ Chip for Cancer Precision Medicine

This scalable, low‐cost Organ Chip platform, made via injection molding, uses capillary pinning for hydrogel confinement and supports versatile tissue coculture and robust imaging. Deep learning enables label‐free, sensitive phenotypic analysis.

Targeting IL27RA Enhances Immunotherapy in Triple‐Negative Breast Cancer by Modulating Tumor Cells and the Tumor Microenvironment

IL27RA upregulation drives immune evasion in TNBC by suppressing MHC‐I expression and reprogramming T/NK‐cell states, establishing an immune‐excluded tumor phenotype. Targeting this epithelial‐intrinsic IL27RA–PI3K/AKT axis offers a promising strategy to overcome immunotherapy resistance.

Targeted Extracellular Vesicles Deliver Asiaticoside to Inhibit AURKB/DRP1‐Mediated Mitochondrial Fission and Attenuate Hypertrophic Scar Formation

Hypertrophic scar formation is driven by excessive mitochondrial fission in wound macrophages, which we discover is governed by a novel AURKB‐DRP1(Ser616) axis. The study develops a targeted therapy using cRGD‐decorated extracellular vesicles to deliver the natural compound Asiaticoside specifically to macrophages.
