Green Inventory Routing Problem using Hybrid Genetic Algorithm
Carbon dioxide (CO2) is known as one of the largest sources of global warming. One of the ways to curb CO2 emissions is by considering the environmental aspect in the supply chain management.

A modified adaptive genetic algorithm for multi-product multi-period inventory routing problem
Recent developments in urbanization and e-commerce have pushed businesses to deploy efficient systems to decrease their supply chain cost. Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) is one of the most widely used strategies to effectively manage supply chains with ...

The Robust Two-Echelon Inventory Routing Problem for Vaccine Supply System – A Heuristic Method
Vaccine supply chains confront several challenges in guaranteeing security of vaccines from the phase of production to the injection. Thus, it is crucial to construct a robust vaccine supply system that helps store and deliver vaccines safely and ...

An inventory location routing model with environmental considerations
In this work we consider an integrated Inventory Location Routing problem ILRP. The objective is to select depots to open, the routes to perform distribution from the capacitated depots to the clients by a homogeneous fleet of vehicles and over a multi ...

Targeted therapy was evaluated in SHH medulloblastoma using neuroepithelial stem cell (NES) and tumor‐derived NES‐like (tNES) models in 2D monolayers and 3D spheroids. PI3K, AKT, and CDK4/6 inhibitors had minimal effects in NES but markedly reduced viability and growth and induced apoptosis in tNES cells, revealing distinct therapeutic vulnerabilities.

Inventory Routing Problem with Facility Location [PDF]
We study problems that integrate depot location decisions along with the inventory routing problem of serving clients from these depots over time balancing the costs of routing vehicles from the depots with the holding costs of demand delivered before they are due.

Rapid screening of staphylokinase protein variants using an unpurified cell‐free expression system
An unpurified cell‐free protein synthesis (CFPS) platform enables rapid functional screening of staphylokinase variants. Direct plasminogen‐activation assays performed in microplate format provide real‐time activity readouts, allowing rapid identification and ranking of variants with improved or reduced fibrinolytic activity without protein ...
