Inventory Routing - A Strategic Management Accounting Perspective [PDF]

open access: yes, 2011
This dissertation develops a strategic management accounting perspective of inventory routing. The thesis studies the drivers of cost efficiency gains by identifying the role of the underlying cost structure, demand, information sharing, forecasting ...

YIPFα1A expression is regulated by multilayered molecular mechanisms

open access: yesFEBS Open Bio, EarlyView.
YIPFα1A, a five‐pass Golgi protein, is regulated at multiple layers. (1) Rare‐codon enrichment drives translation‐coupled mRNA decay. (2) A proximal 3′‐UTR element stabilizes mRNA. (3) A distal 3′‐UTR element included by alternate poly(A) site usage represses translation, which can be overridden by the proximal 3′‐UTR element.

Matrix-based nonblocking routing algorithm for Beneš networks [PDF]

open access: yes, 2009
This paper presents a nonblocking routing algorithm for Benes networks. Such networks are of potential interest in implementing large scale optical cross-connects, but their complex routing algorithm limits their applications. We use a simple approach to

Inventory routing problems with multiple customers [PDF]

open access: yesEURO Journal on Transportation and Logistics, 2013
This tutorial aims at introducing the class of inventory routing problems by explaining its relations with the most classical routing problems and the reasons why the IRP are important and worth of investigation. We present and discuss the basic problem of this class, where one vehicle only is available.

Pharmacological inhibition of the PERK pathway modulates hepatocellular carcinoma growth and immune signaling

open access: yesFEBS Open Bio, EarlyView.
Pharmacological inhibition of PERK in a DEN‐induced mouse model of liver cancer does not reduce tumor burden but alters cellular stress signaling. Despite blocking PERK activity, downstream stress responses, including CHOP expression, remain active, suggesting compensatory mechanisms within the unfolded protein response that may influence tumor ...

Onasemnogene Abeparvovec in Patients With SMA: Interim Results of the RESTORE Registry in Japan

open access: yesAnnals of Clinical and Translational Neurology, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Objective There are limited real‐world data regarding the safety and effectiveness of onasemnogene abeparvovec (OA; Zolgensma) infusion, a one‐time gene replacement therapy, for Japanese patients with spinal muscular atrophy (SMA). We aimed to improve understanding of the real‐world outcomes for OA in Japan.
