Time-Dependent Travel-Time Constrained Inventory Routing Problem [PDF]
The Inventory Routing Problem (IRP) is an integration of two operational problems: inventory management and routing. The Time-Dependent Travel-Time Constrained (TD-TC-IRP) is a new proposed variant of the IRP where the travelling time between two locations depend on the time of departure throughout the day and the length of a trip is time-constrained ...

A Natural Sweetener‐inducible Genetic Switch Controls Therapeutic Protein Expression in Mammals
This study develops a natural sweetener, the psicose‐inducible transgene expression (PURE) system based on an Agrobacterium tumefaciens–derived transcriptional repressor PsiR. The PURE system is highly specific to psicose, being insensitive to other sugars and structurally similar molecules.

All‐PEG‐Like Block Copolymers Self‐Assemble into Stealth Nanocarriers for Drug Delivery
Self‐assembling nanoparticles composed entirely of POEGMA are engineered by exploiting side‐chain–dependent amphiphilicity and tunable thermoresponsive behavior. These single‐material nanocarriers encapsulate diverse hydrophobic drugs with high efficiency, retain therapeutic activity, improve in vivo efficacy, and evade anti‐PEG antibodies.

Hypertrophic scar formation is driven by excessive mitochondrial fission in wound macrophages, which we discover is governed by a novel AURKB‐DRP1(Ser616) axis. The study develops a targeted therapy using cRGD‐decorated extracellular vesicles to deliver the natural compound Asiaticoside specifically to macrophages.
