Thresholding Estimators for Linear Inverse Problems and Deconvolutions
Thresholding algorithms in an orthonormal basis are studied to estimate noisy discrete signals degraded by a linear operator whose inverse is not bounded.

We introduce a computational workflow that combines quantum chemical calculations and machine learning techniques to predict the catalytic performance of a wide range of catalysts in the nitrogen reduction reaction (NRR). The analysis of the trained models provides insights into the complex structure–activity relationship in experimental catalytic ...

Infinite-dimensional inverse problems with finite measurements
In this talk I will discuss how ideas from applied harmonic analysis, in particular sampling theory and compressed sensing, may be applied to inverse problems for partial differential equations.

Soft Hardware, Flowing Software: Reconfigurable Microfluidics for Adaptable Chemical Computation
A reconfigurable microfluidic platform based on soft, photo‐printable, and chemically erasable hydrogel structures printed and erased in situ is used to control flow routing, mixing, chemical patterning, and even chemical computing. Using hardware to control chemical computations decouples logic function from molecular composition, demonstrated via ...

Multilayered Digital Microfluidic Chip for Cell‐Based Assays
A multilayered digital microfluidic (mDMF) chip architecture is introduced to improve throughput and robustness in cell‐based assays. By multilayering electrode components and dielectric layers on glass, this design significantly reduces actuation voltage, maintains reliability, and enables expansion of the operational area with minimum current leakage.
