Inverted Internal Limiting Membrane Flap for Full-Thickness Macular Hole
2020The inverted ILM flap technique was proven to be the method of choice in large macular holes as well in macular holes associated with high myopia with and without retinal detachment. The technique decreases the number of surgical failures and flat open macular holes. Various modifications of the technique have been proposed.

INVERTED INTERNAL LIMITING MEMBRANE FLAP TECHNIQUE FOR SURGICAL REPAIR OF MYOPIC MACULAR HOLES
Retina, 2014To present the anatomical and functional results of vitrectomy with the "inverted internal limiting membrane flap technique" in myopic macular holes without retinal detachment.A prospective interventional study of 19 myopic eyes with a spherical equivalent >-6 diopters with macular holes in 18 consecutive patients. Preoperative and postoperative visual
