ABSTRACT Reducing fishmeal (FM) use in aquafeeds is essential for sustainable aquaculture, but excessive replacement with alternative proteins may impair fish growth and physiological performance. This study evaluated the performance thresholds of graded FM replacement in probiotic‐supplemented alternative protein diets for climbing perch (Anabas ...

The synthesis of an industrial indanyl fragrance is achieved here from inexpensive raw materials and with catalytic sub–nanometric (3–4 atoms) Pd clusters and zeolites, circumventing the currently performed, waste–generating Friedel–Crafts route with stoichiometric amounts of the harmful reagents TiCl4 and BF3·OEt2.

This study found that human umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cells secrete β‐NGF, which binds to the TrkA receptor on neurons, upregulates the protein levels of STMN2 and NMNAT2 in mice with perioperative neurocognitive disorders, and thereby downregulates the protein levels of SARM1 and p‐NF‐κB.
