목적 : 하사근기능항진이 있는 환자에서 하사근절제술 또는 하사근절단술을 시행한 결과를 보고하고, 수술 전 제일안위에서의 수직편위 및 하사근기능항진에 따른 수술의 효과에 대해 알아보고자 하였다. 또한 12개월 이상 경과관찰한 장기간의 결과 분석을 하고자 하였다. 대상과 방법 : 단안 하사근기능항진을 진단받고 단안 하사근절제술(11안) 또는 하사근절단술(12안)을 시행 받은 환자 23명 23안을 대상으로 분석하였다.
