Misconfiguration of Cluster and IoT Systems Recovery: Extended Experiments

open access: yes
Containerized cluster systems and edge devices are vulnerable to security breaches when configuration errors occur. In this paper, we propose more experiments on the self-healing approach for misconfigurations that adopt a Markov Decision Process to determine the optimal recovery action or policy that maximizes performance metrics.

When Do Robots Go Green? Unveiling Mechanisms, Thresholds, and Spillovers of Industrial Robotics on Global Ecological Capacity

open access: yesBusiness Strategy and the Environment, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT This paper examines the relationship between industrial robotics adoption and ecological capacity, measured by biocapacity, using panel data from 50 countries over the period 2000–2024. We investigate the transmission mechanisms, non‐linearities, spatial spillovers, and heterogeneity characterizing this relationship.

Holistic Experience of Opera and the International Opera Theater (IOT)

open access: yesStudies in Spirituality, 2016
This article is based on my experience during two performances of International Opera Theater’s 2013 production of the new opera Camille Claudel. I describe the experience in as much detail as necessary to convey its essence to the reader. I define the experience as spiritual, within a non-religious framework of spirituality.
