Interfacial adsorption characteristics of surfactant‐modified nanoparticles: Equilibrium and dynamic effects of salinity at the oil–water interface

open access: yesThe Canadian Journal of Chemical Engineering, EarlyView.
Surfactant‐modified nanoparticles adsorb at the oil–water interface, enabling interfacial stabilization and microemulsion formation. Abstract This study systematically investigated the interfacial behaviour of silicon dioxide (SiO2) and aluminium oxide (Al2O3) nanoparticles (NPs) functionalized with cationic (CTAB), anionic (SDS), and nonionic (Triton ...

Preparation and Evaluation of Biodegradable Film From Zinc Oxide Nanoparticles‐Carboxymethyl Cellulose‐Gelatin Containing Salvia viridis Anthocyanin

open access: yesFood Chemistry International, EarlyView.
Different percentages of ANT affected the physical and mechanical characteristics of the film. The results indicated that this produced film is a useful tool for monitoring the freshness of food products.. ABSTRACT In recent years, growing environmental concerns have promoted the use of natural and biodegradable polymers in food packaging applications.

Genre and Identity: A Comparative Study of the Role of National and Cultural Identity in the Development of Local Cinema Genres [PDF]

open access: yesهنرهای زیبا. هنرهای نمایشی و موسیقی
The term local genre may not be an established term for all people who study cinema and film critics, because genre is defined as a global category and is less attributed to a specific region or nation. However, this research considers it possible to use

Real‐Time Probing of Complex Bi‐Periodic Self‐Organized Grating Formation via Small‐Angle Scattering

open access: yesNano Select, EarlyView.
A wedge‐shaped AgCl nanolayer with a granular Ag film enables the self‐organization of bi‐periodic nanostructures. Real‐time SAS pattern analysis reveals dynamic domain interactions and competing gratings, validating a generator/re‐emitter model driven by TEn mode excitations. This framework offers a novel approach for evaluating SPN formation quality.
