Imagerie de l'encéphalomyélite aiguë disséminée: étude de 22 cas

open access: yesThe Pan African Medical Journal, 2019

An almost sure large deviation principle for the Hopfield model [PDF]

open access: yes, 1995
We prove a large deviation principle for the finite dimensional marginals of the Gibbs distribution of the macroscopic `overlap'-parameters in the Hopfield model in the case where the number of random patterns, $M$, as a function of the system size $N ...

Maladie de Haglund: à propos de trois cas

open access: yesThe Pan African Medical Journal, 2015

Accentuated Peripheral Blood NK Cytotoxicity Forms an Unfavorable Background for Embryo Implantation and Gestation

open access: yesDiagnostics, 2022
Problem Many studies have demonstrated the negative impact of high rates of NK cytotoxicity (NKc) on reproductive processes, but there is no agreement as to the appropriateness and feasibility of using the NKc for routine diagnostic in IVF patients. This

Suppression of Photo‐Mediated Traps in Integrated Organic Photovoltaic–Photodetector Devices via N‐Type Self‐Assembly‐Driven Interfacial Engineering

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
Conventional unstable electron transport layers (ETLs) limit self‐powered organic sensors. This work resolves this by developing a n‐type self‐assembled monolayer (SAM), “3‐PAPh”. This SAM forms a chemically stable and structurally ordered interface that fundamentally suppresses defect formation.

open access: yesThe Pan African Medical Journal, 2018

Sedimentary Iron Cycling and the Origin and Preservation of Magnetization in Platform Carbonate Muds, Andros Island, Bahamas [PDF]

open access: yes, 2007
Carbonate muds deposited on continental shelves are abundant and well-preserved throughout the geologic record because shelf strata are difficult to subduct and peritidal carbonate units often form thick, rheologically strong units that resist ...

Over the past ten years, cardiac MRI has become an indispensable tool for acute myocarditis diagnosis. Under appropriate conditions, cardiac MRI may allow postponement of initial coronary angiography in many instances. The 2020 ESC guidelines give a class I recommendation to its use in the setting of MINOCA for differential diagnosis between acute ...

Nucleation‐Controlled Reconstruction of CuOx for Selective CO2 Electroreduction

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
The ratio of oxygen vacancies (Ov) and exposed Cu2O (111)/(200) of CuOx precatalyst is modulated by nucleation control of Cu(OH)2 precursor. Low Ov ratio and high ratio of Cu2O (111)/(200) in slow‐nucleated CuOx reconstructs to high‐coordinated oxide‐derived copper (OD‐Cu) during electrochemical CO2 reduction reaction (CO2RR) and exhibits enhanced ...

Une cytolyse hépatique révélant un ganglioneurome surrénalien

open access: yesThe Pan African Medical Journal, 2014
