Impedance‐Matched High‐Overtone Thickness‐Shear Bulk Acoustic Resonators With Scalable Mode Volume
A bottom‐electrode‐free high‐overtone bulk acoustic resonator is achieved by lateral excitation of antisymmetric thickness‐shear modes on a lithium‐niobate‐on‐silicon platform. Planar electrode geometry eliminates conventional loading along the resonance path and confines acoustic energy within the electrode gap.

Behavior of the Elastic Waves Propagating through the Irregular Structures. : IV. Rayeigh Waves.
We will consider the propagation of Rayleigh waves through the irregular structures (three-quarters homogeneous space, step on a homogeneous half-space and subduction zone).

Wavefront Line‐Scan Imaging Via a Single‐Pixel Detector
We propose and demonstrate a wavefront line‐scan imaging paradigm that integrates 1D spatial light modulation with single‐pixel detection. Benefiting from 1D modulation, not only is the imaging speed improved, but also the storage of modulation patterns is reduced by several orders of magnitude.

Observation of Excitonic Instability in a Monolayer Ta2NiSe5 With Strain Disorder
Monolayer Ta2${\rm Ta}_2$NiSe5${\rm NiSe}_5$ sustains an excitonic insulating phase up to 190 K, with Raman signatures of gap opening and critical excitonic fluctuations. Thickness‐independent large gap ratios highlight strong exciton‐phonon coupling, while substrate‐induced strain disorder depresses Tc, establishing monolayer Ta2${\rm Ta}_2$NiSe5${\rm

A weakly solvating fluorinated cosolvent (1200ET) enables precise solvation‐power regulation in Li–S batteries, decoupling interfacial stabilization from sulfur redox kinetics. This approach suppresses polysulfide dissolution while preserving reaction kinetics, leading to a stable Li metal interface and high‐energy multilayer pouch cells, revealing a ...

TRANSFORMATION CHARACTERISTICS OF IRREGULAR WAVES INCLUDING WAVE BREAKING
In this paper, firstly, the previous prediction model for shoaling of irregular waves is improved, and the validity of the model is examined by comparing the estimated results with experimentalwave data and field wave data observed in Lake Biwa.Secondly,

Reverse Weak Polarity‐Induced Ordered Layer Control strategy, optimizing the design of layered structures, has been successfully designed. By leveraging inhomogeneous field of units to replace isotropic fields of metal cations, polar layers realize controllable layer stacking via a “layer→linker→layer” polarity transfer.
