Atomic structures at IrSi(IrGe)/Ir(001) interfaces
Applied Physics Letters, 1986The interface atomic structure of very thin IrSi(IrGe) films grown on the Ir(001) plane has been studied with the field ion microscope. Two distinctive types of structures have been observed. One shows the C(2×2) structure of the substrate. The imaging mode of the infrared space interferometer IRSI-Darwin
SPIE Proceedings, 2003ESA's DARWIN will be an interferometric mission carrying out high-resolution astrophysical observations as well as the detection/characterization of earthlike exoplanets. In this paper, the current status and development perspectives of the Darwin imaging mode are discussed.

Advances in Space Research, 2000Having selected a general definition of a living system, we wonder whether a remote detection of such systems can be made, at least in some cases. Quite fortunately, we find that this seems possible. We describe the present status of missions with this goal.

Study of Photodetectors with Schottky Barriers Based on the IrSi–Si Contact
Микроэлектроника, 2023A significant increase in the fill factor of Schottky matrices is achieved by reading the charge accu-mulated in the Schottky diode not by using charge-coupled device (CCD) registers but by injecting it into the signal bus, similarly to charge-injected device (CID) structures on narrow-gap semiconductors.
