Tailoring hot‐exciton emitter via an accelerated reverse intersystem crossing process for deep‐blue organic light‐emitting diodes with an external quantum efficiency approaching 16% at 1000 cd m−2 and a CIEy of 0.027

open access: yesFlexMat, EarlyView.
A tailor‐made deep‐blue emitter with an accelerated process with a rate of 4.4 × 109 s−1 achieves a deep‐blue organic light‐emitting diodes with external quantum efficiency of 15.7% at a practical brightness of 1000 cd m−2 with an extremely small CIEy coordinate of 0.027. Abstract Achieving high‐efficiency, saturated‐color, and stable deep‐blue organic

Environmental benefits from carbon sequestration, canola production, and zero‐tillage adoption on Saskatchewan farms

open access: yesJournal of the Agricultural and Applied Economics Association, EarlyView.
Abstract Greenhouse gas emissions from crop production contribute to anthropogenic climate change, while agricultural soils also sequester atmospheric carbon. Direct measurement of soil organic carbon (SOC) is limited by high sampling costs and the vast spatial extent of farmland.

School Starting Age and the Gender Pay Gap Over the Life Cycle

open access: yesJournal of Applied Econometrics, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT This paper replicates and extends the evidence on the lifetime effects of school starting age on earnings by Fredriksson and Öckert (2014) for Sweden. Using German data for individuals born between 1945 and 1965, we examine a more rigid system of ability tracking in secondary education, a potential driver of long‐term effects.

From Survival to Growth: Digital Strategies for Micro and Small Enterprises

open access: yesStrategic Change, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT This study investigates the critical factors influencing Digital Transformation (DT) in micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) within the post‐pandemic context. Data were collected through an online survey of 341 respondents and analyzed using Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS‐SEM).

Quantifying harvest of barren‐ground caribou off a winter road in the Northwest Territories – An Indigenous Guardian‐led initiative

open access: yesThe Journal of Wildlife Management, EarlyView.
The North Slave Métis Alliance's Indigenous Guardianship Program conducted on‐the‐ground patrols monitoring caribou interactions with the Tibbitt to Contwoyto Winter road and quantify caribou harvest. Quantifying the impacts of winter roads on barren‐ground caribou herds supports community members’ commitment to safeguarding their traditional territory
