In order to ensure the uninterrupted power supply, it is necessary for microgrid to operate in both grid-connected mode and islanded mode. Rotated Island Graft Operation for Pterygium

This operation isolates the bulk of the pterygium by four incisions. Sutures are introduced in such a way as when tightened to rotate the isolated square 90 degrees. It is fixed in position with the help of additional sutures if needed. The operation is applicable only to exceptionally severe cases, which may have not been corrected by other operations.
