Applying muscle synergy analysis to forearm high-density electromyography of healthy people
IntroductionMuscle synergy is regarded as a motor control strategy deployed by the central nervous system (CNS). Clarifying the modulation of muscle synergies under different strength training modes is important for the rehabilitation of motor-impaired ...

Cyclic Stretch Alters Vascular Reactivity of Mouse Aortic Segments
Large, elastic arteries buffer the pressure wave originating in the left ventricle and are constantly exposed to higher amplitudes of cyclic stretch (10%) than muscular arteries (2%).

Effect of Isometric Handgrip Exercise Training on Resting Blood Pressure in Normal Healthy Adults [PDF]
Introduction: The aim of the present study was to study the effect of isometric handgrip (IHG) exercise training on resting blood pressure in normal healthy volunteers.

Isometric Uncertainty Relations [PDF]
We generalize the link between fluctuation theorems and thermodynamic uncertainty relations by deriving a bound on the variance of fluxes that satisfy an isometric fluctuation theorem. The resulting bound, which depends on the system's dimension $d$, naturally interpolates between two known bounds.

Maximal strength measurement: A critical evaluation of common methods—a narrative review
Measuring maximal strength (MSt) is a very common performance diagnoses, especially in elite and competitive sports. The most popular procedure in test batteries is to test the one repetition maximum (1RM).

Mechanomyographic Parameter Extraction Methods: An Appraisal for Clinical Applications
The research conducted in the last three decades has collectively demonstrated that the skeletal muscle performance can be alternatively assessed by mechanomyographic signal (MMG) parameters.

On isometric and minimal isometric embeddings [PDF]
In this paper we study critial isometric and minimal isometric embeddings of classes of Riemannian metrics which we call {\it quasi-$k$-curved metrics}. Quasi-$k$-curved metrics generalize the metrics of space forms. We construct explicit examples and prove results about existence and rigidity.

ISOMETRIC AND ISOMETRIC- m OPERATORS [PDF]
This paper presents the definition, samples, and natures of isometric and isometric- m algebra operator for some in Hilbert space. In additions, the relationship of both operators will also be examined. To investigate natures of isometric and isometric- m operators, adjoint operators concepts and natures are required.
