Abstract Osteochondral lesions of the knee, particularly in patients with early osteoarthritic changes, remain a clinical challenge. The Agili‐C implant (CartiHeal, Smith & Nephew), an aragonite‐based osteochondral scaffold, offers a single‐stage, off‐the‐shelf solution designed to regenerate both cartilage and subchondral bone.

Generalized Stability of Isometries
Let \(X\), \(Y\) be two Banach spaces. The author introduces the following concept of isometry: the map \(f:X\rightarrow Y\) is an \((e,p)\)-isometry if \[ ||f(x)-f(y)|-|x-y||\leq e|x-y|^p \] holds for all \(x,y \in X\), and studies the \(p\)-stability of a couple of Banach spaces \(X,Y\) with respect to this concept. (The pair of Banach space \((X,Y)\)

Abstract Early meniscal repair and anatomic reconstruction in a multiligament knee injury optimizes outcomes and restores tibiofemoral mechanics. This technique describes a lateral meniscus posterior root and radial tear repair, with concomitant medial ramp repair, performed during single‐stage reconstruction of the anterior cruciate ligament ...

Abstract Combined acromioclavicular dislocation and coracoid process fracture disrupts the superior shoulder suspensory complex, leading to shoulder instability that often requires surgical intervention. This rare injury, increasingly identified through advanced diagnostics, lacks consensus on the optimal treatment. We describe a minimalist arthroscopy‐

Dynamic Ultrasound Evaluation Supraspinatus Tendon Injuries Using a Pilates Elastic Band
Abstract Supraspinatus tendon tears are a common cause of shoulder pain and dysfunction. Although magnetic resonance imaging and computed tomography arthrography are still considered the gold standard, ultrasound offers a reliable, accessible, and radiation‐free alternative.

Abstract Successful medial collateral ligament (MCL) reconstruction depends on multiple anatomical and biomechanical factors. Various techniques have been described, ranging from isolated superficial MCL reconstructions to complex combined medial reconstructions.

On Coarse Isometries and Linear Isometries between Banach Spaces
Let X,Y be two Banach spaces and f:X→Y be a standard coarse isometry. In this paper, we first show a sufficient and necessary condition for the coarse left-inverse operator of general Banach spaces to admit a linearly isometric right inverse. Furthermore, by using the well-known simultaneous extension operator, we obtain an asymptotical stability ...

Abstract Multiligament knee injuries represent rare and challenging injuries that require complex surgical management to restore stability and function. Current evidence supports anatomic single‐stage reconstructions when feasible in order to re‐establish knee kinematics and enable early rehabilitation.

Abstract Medial patellar instability is an uncommon but debilitating condition that may arise following excessive lateral retinacular release. The lateral patellofemoral ligament and lateral patellotibial ligament function as key static stabilizers that resist medial patellar translation throughout knee flexion.
