Chen–Ricci Inequality for Isotropic Submanifolds in Locally Metallic Product Space Forms

open access: yesAxioms
In this article, we study isotropic submanifolds in locally metallic product space forms. Firstly, we establish the Chen–Ricci inequality for such submanifolds and determine the conditions under which the inequality becomes equality.

D-Branes in Para-Hermitian Geometries

open access: yesUniverse, 2022
We introduce T-duality invariant versions of D-branes in doubled geometry using a global covariant framework based on para-Hermitian geometry and metric algebroids.

Cycle Intersection for SOp,q-Flag Domains

open access: yesInternational Journal of Mathematics and Mathematical Sciences, 2020
A real form G0 of a complex semisimple Lie group G has only finitely many orbits in any given compact G-homogeneous projective algebraic manifold Z=G/Q.

Contact co-isotropic CR submanifolds of a pseudo-Sasakian manifold

open access: yesInternational Journal of Mathematics and Mathematical Sciences, 1984
It is proved that any co-isotropic submanifold M of a pseudo-Sasakian manifold M˜(U,ξ,η˜,g˜) is a CR submanifold (such submanfolds are called CICR submanifolds) with involutive vertical distribution ν1.

Isotropic Lagrangian Submanifolds in Complex Space Forms [PDF]

open access: yesJournal of Sciences, Islamic Republic of Iran, 2012
In this paper we study isotropic Lagrangian submanifolds , in complex space forms . It is shown that they are either totally geodesic or minimal in the complex projective space , if . When , they are either totally geodesic or minimal in .

Study of bi-f-harmonic curve along immersions

open access: yesMiskolc Mathematical Notes
In this paper, we characterize the bi-f-harmonic curve on surfaces and then we study the submanifold of a Riemannian manifold using the bi-f-harmonic curve.

Geometric Structures on Spaces of Weighted Submanifolds

open access: yesSymmetry, Integrability and Geometry: Methods and Applications, 2009
In this paper we use a diffeo-geometric framework based on manifolds that are locally modeled on ''convenient'' vector spaces to study the geometry of some infinite dimensional spaces.

Analyzing the Ricci Tensor for Slant Submanifolds in Locally Metallic Product Space Forms with a Semi-Symmetric Metric Connection

open access: yesAxioms
This article explores the Ricci tensor of slant submanifolds within locally metallic product space forms equipped with a semi-symmetric metric connection (SSMC).

Tangent Blow‐Ups for Processing Non‐Manifold Geometry

open access: yesComputer Graphics Forum, EarlyView.
Abstract Many geometry processing pipelines implicitly assume their input data is a manifold, or is sampled from one, with a unique tangent plane at every point. Geometric data, however, routinely contains sharp features like edges, corners, self‐intersections, branching junctions, and other singularities, rendering standard methods ill‐defined at ...

Crystal Anisotropy Implications on the Magneto‐Optical Properties of van der Waals FePS3

open access: yesAdvanced Quantum Technologies, Volume 9, Issue 9, September 2026.
Crystal anisotropy in FePS3 due to a distorted FeS6 octahedron results in significant changes in its electronic and optical transitions. For the first time, four emission transitions are revealed with both linear and circular polarization responses down to the monolayer.
