Bifurcation of *COOH Pathway Determines HCOOH Formation in CO2 Electroreduction on Bismuth

open access: yesAngewandte Chemie, EarlyView.
Driven by the mechanistic debate of Bi‐catalyzed CO2‐to‐HCOOH conversion, ambiguity remains regarding true reaction pathways. To resolve this, we combined constant‐potential AIMD simulations with spectroscopic evidence to analyze the competitive pathways.

Signaling Mutations Negate the Favorable Impact of NPM1 Mutations in Older Patients With Newly Diagnosed Acute Myeloid Leukemia Treated With VEN/HMA

open access: yesAmerican Journal of Hematology, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Frameshift mutations in exon 12 of nucleophosmin 1 (NPM1mut) are among the most common mutations in acute myeloid leukemia (AML) and have historically been considered favorable‐risk in the absence of FLT3‐ITD. In the European LeukemiaNet (ELN) 2024 risk‐classification for patients treated with hypomethylating agents plus venetoclax (HMA + VEN),

Planar Chiral Carbazole‐Naphthalene Bisimide Hetero‐Cyclophane for Circularly Polarized Delayed Fluorescence

open access: yesAngewandte Chemie, EarlyView.
Tightly stacked carbazole and 1,2:5,6–naphthalene bisimide units afforded a planar chiral hetero‐cyclophane. The architecturally refined system, with strong charge‐transfer interaction and enhanced structural rigidity, exhibits orange‐red delayed CPL emission in both solution and solid states.

The International Consortium for Arthrogryposis: A Collaborative Framework for Early Detection, Care, Research, and Education

open access: yesAmerican Journal of Medical Genetics Part C: Seminars in Medical Genetics, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Arthrogryposis multiplex congenita (AMC) is a group of rare congenital conditions, characterized by multiple joint contractures but may involve any body system including central nervous system. AMC is etiologically heterogeneous, with over 400 genetic and many non‐genetic causes implicated in its prenatal development.

Light‐Controlled Modulation of 15‐Lipoxygenase‐1 Regulates Intestinal Inflammatory Signaling

open access: yesAngewandte Chemie, EarlyView.
The developed target‐guided strategy enables the rational design of diazo‐based photoswitchable inhibitors of 15‐lipoxygenase‐1. Distinct molecular architectures program opposite light‐dependent activity, allowing on‐demand control of enzyme inhibition.

Systemic Corticosteroids in the Management of Sinonasal Disease: An Evidence‐Based Expert Review

open access: yesInternational Forum of Allergy &Rhinology, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Background Chronic rhinosinusitis (CRS) is a prevalent, heterogeneous inflammatory disease associated with significant morbidity. Systemic corticosteroids (SCS) are commonly prescribed for their anti‐inflammatory effects, but cumulative exposure carries risks, including metabolic, cardiovascular, and skeletal complications.

Mechanistic Insight Into the Polymorph‐Dependent Photosalient Effect of a White Light or Two‐Photon Activated Photoreactive Molecular Salt

open access: yesAngewandte Chemie, EarlyView.
Photocycloaddition in stilbene‐type salt polymorphs exhibit distinct light‐driven responses: OHT‐TI shows a violent photosalient effect under visible and NIR (two‐photon) irradiation, whereas OHT‐TII reacts statically. Packing and computational analysis reveals that shell‐like structures in OHT‐TI frustrate structural relaxation, accumulating explosive
