Synchronization in Minimal Iterated Function Systems on Compact Manifolds [PDF]
We treat synchronization for iterated function systems generated by diffeomorphisms on compact manifolds. Synchronization here means the convergence of orbits starting at different initial conditions when iterated by the same sequence of diffeomorphisms.

The d-Shadowing Property and Average Shadowing Property for Iterated Function Systems
In this paper, we introduce the definitions of d¯-shadowing property, d¯-shadowing property, topological ergodicity, and strong ergodicity of iterated function systems IFSf0,f1.

Generalized countable iterated function systems
One of the most common and most general way to generate fractals is by using iterated function systems which consists of a finite or infinitely many maps.

Head pose estimation (HPE) notoriously represents a crucial task for many computer vision applications in robotics, biometry and video surveillance. While, in general, HPE can be performed on both still images and frames extracted from live video or ...

Tiling iterated function systems
This paper presents a detailed symbolic approach to the study of self-similar tilings. It uses properties of addresses associated with graph-directed iterated function systems to establish conjugacy properties of tiling spaces. Tiles may be fractals and the tiled set may be a complicated unbounded subset of $\mathbb{R}^{M}$.

Common Attractors of Generalized Hutchinson–Wardowski Contractive Operators
The aim of this paper is to obtain a fractal set of ℑ-iterated function systems comprising generalized ℑ-contractions. For a variety of Hutchinson–Wardowski contractive operators, we prove that this kind of system admits a unique common attractor ...

ON A CERTAIN GENERALISATION OF THE ITERATED FUNCTION SYSTEM [PDF]
AbstractWe follow the idea of generalising the notion of classical iterated function systems, as presented by Mihail and Miculescu. We give their deliberations a more general setting and, using this general approach, study the generic aspect of the problem of existence of an attractor of a function system.

Rotation number and its properties for iterated function and non-autonomous systems
The main purpose of this paper is to introduce the rotation number for non-autonomous and iterated function systems. First, we define iterated function systems and the lift of these types of systems on the unit circle.

On the chaos game of iterated function systems [PDF]
Every quasi-attractor of an iterated function system (IFS) of continuous functions on a first-countable Hausdorff topological space is renderable by the probabilistic chaos game. By contrast, we prove that the backward minimality is a necessary condition to get the deterministic chaos game.

Attractors for classes of iterated function systems
We consider various classes of iterated function systems, such as those comprised of similarities and those satisfying the open set condition, and weakly contractive systems. Necessary properties are developed for a compact set to be an attractor for the
