On the Dihedral Main Conjectures of Iwasawa Theory for Hilbert Modular Eigenforms [PDF]

open access: yesCanadian Journal of Mathematics, 2013
AbstractWe construct a bipartite Euler systemin the sense ofHoward forHilbertmodular eigenforms of parallel weight two over totally real fields, generalizing works of Bertolini–Darmon, Longo, Nekovar, Pollack–Weston, and others. The construction has direct applications to Iwasawa's main conjectures.

On a Noncommutative Iwasawa Main Conjecture for Function Fields

open access: yes, 2017
We formulate and prove an analogue of the non-commutative Iwasawa Main Conjecture for $\ell$-adic representations of the Galois group of a function field of characteristic $p$. We also prove a functional equation for the resulting non-commutative $L$-functions. As corollaries, we obtain non-commutative generalisations of the main conjecture for Picard-$

Anticyclotomic Iwasawa main conjectures for modular forms

open access: yes
Let $f$ be a newform of even weight at least $4$, level $N$ and trivial character. Let $p\nmid N$ be an odd prime number that is ordinary for $f$ and let $K$ be an imaginary quadratic field satisfying a generalized Heegner hypothesis relative to $N$. In this paper, we prove (under mild arithmetic assumptions) Iwasawa main conjectures for $f$ over the ...

Equivariant Bloch-Kato conjecture and non-abelian Iwasawa Main Conjecture

open access: yes, 2002
This is a contribution to the ICM 2002. We explain the relation between the (equivariant) Bloch-Kato conjecture for special values of L-functions and the Main Conjecture of (non-abelian) Iwasawa theory. On the way we will discuss briefly the case of Dirichlet characters in the abelian case.

Congruences and the Iwasawa Main Conjecture for modular forms

open access: yesPublications mathématiques de Besançon. Algèbre et théorie des nombres
In the early 2000s, Ralph Greenberg asked whether the Iwasawa Main Conjecture could be proven in a Hida family of nearly-ordinary p -adic eigencuspforms by propagating it from a known case through congruences. Emerton-Pollack-Weston showed that this
