Vibration mitigation in J-TEXT far-infrared diagnostic systems
Review of Scientific Instruments, 2012Optical structure stability is an important issue for far-infrared (FIR) phase measurements. To ensure good signal quality, influence of vibration should be minimized. Mechanical amelioration and optical optimization can be taken in turn to decrease vibration's influence and ensure acceptable measurement.

Design of Thomson scattering diagnostic system on J-TEXT
Review of Scientific Instruments, 2016An infrared multi-channel Thomson scattering diagnostic system is designed from the viewpoint of development of the proposed system on the Joint Texas Experimental Tokamak (J-TEXT). A 3 J/50 Hz Nd:YAG laser, which is injected vertically into plasma in the direction from top to bottom, serves as the power source of the system.

Equilibrium Reconstruction and Its Integration in J-TEXT
Plasma Science and Technology, 2016The equilibrium fitting code (EFIT) and its application in the J-TEXT tokamak are integrated by the Matlab language. The function of analysis and visualization to the results is added. In addition, the experiment data measured by soft X-ray (SXR) are used to calculate plasma equilibrium as a constraint condition.

Tangential x-ray imaging crystal spectrometer on J-TEXT tokamak
Review of Scientific Instruments, 2012A tangential x-ray imaging crystal spectrometer (XICS) has been developed for the J-TEXT tokamak to measure the ion temperature and the plasma toroidal rotation velocity. The resonance spectral line and its satellites of Ar XVII in the ranges of 3.94 Å–4.0 Å are detected. A spherically bent quartz crystal with 2d = 4.913 Å is used in this system.

The Design of Global Interlock System in J-TEXT
IEEE Transactions on Plasma Science, 2014J-TEXT control, data access, and communication (CODAC) is an advanced control system designed for J-TEXT Laboratory. In J-TEXT CODAC, some critical functions are implemented by some specialized plant systems. Global interlock system (GIS) is a specialized plant system, which provides protection of investment for the J-TEXT.
