CNDO/SP calculation of the spin—spin coupling constants J13 in C6H7 cation

Chemical Physics Letters, 1973
Abstract By the use of the MO LCAO SCF approach it is shown that the nuclear spin—spin coupling constant J CH is not adequate to provide evidence in favour of any structural model of the C 6 H 7 cation.

Theoretical studies of the structures and spectroscopic properties of the photoelectrochemical cell ruthenium sensitizers, C101 and J13

Science China Chemistry, 2012
A variety of heteroleptic ruthenium sensitizers have been engineered and synthesized because of their higher light-harvesting efficiency and lower charge-recombination possibility than the well known homoleptic N3 dye. As such, a great deal of attention has been focused on sensitizers with the general formula Ru(ancillary-ligand)(anchoring-ligand)(NCS ...

J13 Distributed neural networks associated with emotion processing are altered in premanifest Huntington's disease and correlated with genetic load

Journal of Neurology, Neurosurgery & Psychiatry, 2012
Background HD is associated with an early decline in ability to recognise emotional states in others. The pathophysiology underlying this is not fully understood; our objective was to clarify this. Disgust, anger and happiness were chosen as emotions of interest; recognition deficits have commonly been found for disgust and anger, and happiness was ...

Bacillus endophyticus J13 imparts drought tolerance to Arabidopsis thaliana by regulating the plant auxin-dependent auxin conjugation pathway

Plant Cell Reports
J13 imparts drought tolerance to A. thaliana by accelerating plant auxin-dependent, auxin-amino acid conjugation pathway. Plant mutants defective in this pathway do not respond favorably to the bacterium under drought. The precise roles of plant auxin signaling and metabolism in beneficial plant-microbial interaction, especially for abiotic stress ...

The modulation of leaf cell-wall composition in Arabidopsis thaliana by the drought-mitigating rhizobacterium, Bacillus endophyticus J13

Physiologia Plantarum
Plant growth-promoting rhizobacteria (PGPR) are beneficial soil bacteria that reside near plant roots (in the rhizosphere) and support plants in various ways. The specific molecular mechanisms involved in these beneficial interactions are still under scrutiny. In this context, the present study describes the role of

An Underwater Acoustic Source for the Infrasonic and Low-Audio-Frequency Range (USRD Type J13 Transducer)

1975
Abstract : An electrodynamically driven underwater sound source with an acoutic output of 1.349 W has been developed. Adapted in various configurations including as many as nine driving units, this transducer fulfills a substantial portion of the needs for low-audio-frequency underwater sound sources.
