Among these developments was the construction of the national rail system which enabled cheaper and more efficient transport of grain and other bulky cargoes between inland towns and ports.

The Electronic Journal of CombinatoricsIn a recent work, Maciej Dołęga and the author have given a formula of the expansion of the Jack polynomial $J^{(\alpha)}_\lambda$ in the power-sum basis as a non-orientability generating series of bipartite maps whose edges are decorated with the boxes of the partition $\lambda$.

Symmetry, 2020 In the intersection of the theories of nonsymmetric Jack polynomials in N variables and representations of the symmetric groups S N one finds the singular polynomials. For certain values of the parameter κ there are Jack polynomials which span an irreducible S N -module and are annihilated by the Dunkl operators.
