This study presents a human Bone (and Bone Marrow)‐on‐a‐Chip model based on native human bone scaffolds and autologous cells. Dynamic perfusion and sequential cell seeding replicate the physiological bone remodeling process in vitro, enabling the long‐term culture of functional, mature bone marrow immune subpopulations.

ABSTRACT We develop the notion of Peskine sixfolds with associated K3 surfaces and cubic fourfolds and work out numerical conditions for when these associations occur. In discriminant 24, the first family for which there is an associated cubic fourfold, we identify the cubic explicitly.

Fast Nodal Hessian Computation for Peridynamic Fracture Simulation
A fast, exact nodal Hessian computation for Non‐Ordinary State‐Based Peridynamics is introduced through analytical simplification and a warp‐centric GPU strategy. The method accelerates preconditioned solvers and Vertex Block Descent, enabling interactive fracture simulation with physical accuracy.
