On the g-Jacobi Matrix Functions
2013In this paper, we introduce a matrix version of the generalized Jacobi (g-Jacobi) function, which is a solution of fractional Jacobi differential equation, and study its fundamental properties. We also present the fractional hypergeometric matrix function as a solution of the matrix generalization of the fractional Gauss differential equation.

Inverse Spectrum Problems for Block Jacobi Matrix
1993A spectrum function for the block Jacobi matrix is defined which allows to determine conditions for existence and uniqueness for the corresponding inverse spectrum problem. Two numerical algorithms for solving the inverse spectrum problem are proposed and their behaviour is illustrated on several examples of order up to 15.

The Jacobi Matrix for Functions in Noncommutative Algebras
Advances in Applied Clifford Algebras, 2014The authors develop a general tool for constructing the exact Jacobi matrix for functions defined in noncommutative algebraic systems without using any partial derivative. The construction is applied to solving nonlinear problems of the form \(f(x) = 0\) with the aid of Newton's method in algebras defined in \({\mathbb{R}^N}\).

A matrix model for the β-Jacobi ensemble
