Cutaneous Sensory Stimulation Intensity Modulates Beta‐Band Event‐Related Desynchronization and Synchronization Amplitudes

Beta‐band oscillations (βERD and βERS) were examined under different levels of cutaneous electrical stimulation. Both the amplitude and occurrence of βERD and βERS increased with stimulus intensity, whereas neither βERD nor βERS power was correlated with motor performance in healthy individuals.
