Active colloidal particles in emulsion droplets: A model system for the cytoplasm
In living cells, molecular motors create activity that enhances the diffusion of particles throughout the cytoplasm, and not just ones attached to the motors. We demonstrate initial steps toward creating artificial cells that mimic this phenomenon.

Recent Advances in Collective Behaviors of Micro/Nanomotor Swarms
This review describes the driving forces behind collective motion, explores the self‐organization of micro/nano swarms across zero‐dimensional (0D), one‐dimensional (1D), two‐dimensional (2D), and three‐dimensional (3D) spaces, and highlights their potential in drug delivery, environmental monitoring, and smart devices.

Ferroelectrics Hybrids: Harnessing Multifunctionality of 2D Semiconductors in the Post‐Moore Era
In this Review, the state of art of ferroelectric hybrid systems—combining ferroelectrics, 2D semiconductors, and molecular switches is presented—as next‐generation platforms for high‐density, multifunctional electronics. By discussing 2D FeFET applications, nanoscale material downscaling, M3D integration, and emerging ferroelectrics, it highlights ...

Theory of light-activated catalytic Janus particles
We study the dynamics of active Janus particles that self-propel in solution by light-activated catalytic decomposition of chemical "fuel." We develop an analytical model of a photo-active self-phoretic particle that accounts for "self-shadowing" of the ...

The study reports a DNA/RNA heteroduplex hydrogel (SeroPTEN‐CG) that undergoes DNase‐mediated hydrogel‐to‐nanogel transition for spinal cord injury therapy by targeting the serotonergic system, combining 5‐hydroxytryptamine (5‐HT)‐mediated excitability restoration to reactivate dormant interneurons with phosphatase and tensin homolog (PTEN)‐targeted ...

Circularly Polarized Structural Color Pigments Tunable Across the Full Visible Spectrum
By infusing black dye into spherical shells of polymerized cholesteric liquid crystal, blue, green and red omnidirectional retroreflectors of circularly polarized structural color are achieved. They can be laid out on arbitrary surfaces without any need for index matching binder to define graphical information for robots and Augmented Reality devices ...
