Updated 2021 assessments of Jasus Tristani rock lobster at Gough Island
This paper provides an updated assessment of the Jasus Tristani rock lobster resource at Gough Island. This assessment includes updated data from the commercial fishery and biomass surveys for the 2018 and 2019 seasons. Data from the 2020 season are not included as they are not yet fully available. This assessment was last updated in 2018.

Evolutionary and population genetics of Jasus species inferred from Mitochondrial DNA [PDF]
Restriction enzyme analysis of mtDNA extracted from antennal gland tissue was used to assess mtDNA variation within and between five nominal species of commercially important rock lobster, genus Jasus.

Revised 2021 assessment of Jasus tristani rock lobster at Gough island
This paper provides a revised updated assessment of the Jasus tristani rock lobster resource at Gough island. This revision constrains the sigma values of the commercial and biomass survey indices to be ≥0.15. It also now takes updated standardised CPUE and discard % data from the commercial fishery for the 2020 season as well as the final catch figure

Distribution of Jasus spp. (Decapoda : Palinuridae) phyllosomas in southern waters: implications for larval recruitment [PDF]
We sampled the distribution of mid- and late-stage (= advanced) Jasus group 'lalandii' rock lobster phyllosomas at 28 approximately equidistant stations across similar to 16 000 km of ocean between the west coast of Africa and the west coast of New ...
