The postprandial glycemia of healthy adults is not downregulated by the coadministration of a sugar solution and a wine by‐product enriched beverage due to the high variability in the response. Synthesis, Structure, and Properties of Polyhydroxybutyrate Derived from Azotobacter Vinelandii N‐15
The bacterium Azotobacter vinelandii N15 synthesizes polyhydroxybutyrate (PHB) from sugar production waste. The study reveals the molecular composition, crystallinity, and thermal behavior of the synthesized biopolymer. Mechanical tests demonstrated high tensile strength and relatively low elongation at break. These properties highlight PHB's potential
