Job insecurity and stress level.

open access: yesInterdisciplinaria, 2004

Numerical Studies of Influencing Factors on the Homogeneity of the Powder Mixture during the Powder Spreading Process of Powder Bed Fusion–Laser Beam/Metal

open access: yesAdvanced Engineering Materials, EarlyView.
AISI 304L stainless steel powder is mixed with silicon nitride (Si3N4) powder and processed by PBF‐LB/M, allowing partial retention of Si3N4. The numerical approach effectively predicts the Si3N4 powder homogeneity and N content distribution on the powder bed. Recent studies have focused on the alloying of nitrogen (N) in high‐alloy stainless steels by

Bridging Nature and Technology: A Perspective on Role of Machine Learning in Bioinspired Ceramics

open access: yesAdvanced Engineering Materials, EarlyView.
Machine learning (ML) is revolutionizing the development of bioinspired ceramics. This article investigates how ML can be used to design new ceramic materials with exceptional performance, inspired by the structures found in nature. The research highlights how ML can predict material properties, optimize designs, and create advanced models to unlock a ...

The Moderating Role of Self- Efficacy in Relationship between Occupational Stress with Psychological Health and Job Satisfaction of Saderat Bank's Staffs of Tabriz

open access: yesSalāmat-i kār-i Īrān, 2011
Background and aims Stress is not always directly resulted from the source of pressure itself, but rather from the perception of that pressure. Therefore, individual variables that might relate to perception of stress should be investigated in job stress

Development and Validation of a One‐Dimensional Finite Difference Simulation Scheme for Polymer Laser Powder Bed Fusion with Application to the Effect of the Inter Layer Time

open access: yesAdvanced Engineering Materials, EarlyView.
The study presents an efficient simulation approach for the polymer laser powder bed fusion process polymers process, validated with polyamide 12, polyamide 6, and polyetherketoneketone. It shows that inter layer time affects part density, with 90s yielding dense parts.
