We give a homotopy equivalence for the loop space of the moment-angle complex associated with a simplicial complex formed by the polyhedral join operation, and give necessary conditions for this loop space to be a finite type product of spheres and loops on spheres.

This study reports for the first time the mechanical properties of brazed joints featuring Additively manufactured parts, such parts will likely need to be joined or combined with other components, and brazing offers a way of doing this for complex shapes without distortion. A new shear test methodology developed for such joints is also described.

Assessing the Microstructure of SnBiZn Alloys during Semisolid Treatment
The development of Sn‐based alloys for semisolid processing is crucial for Industry 4.0. This study investigates Sn40Bi and Sn40Bi2Zn alloys, revealing that Zn refines Sn‐rich globules by pinning dendrite boundaries. Bi saturation occurs at 60 min, while Zn enhances globule microhardness at 90 min through solid solution strengthening.
