Adenosine‐to‐inosine editing of miR‐200b‐3p is associated with the progression of high‐grade serous ovarian cancer

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
A‐to‐I editing of miRNAs, particularly miR‐200b‐3p, contributes to HGSOC progression by enhancing cancer cell proliferation, migration and 3D growth. The edited form is linked to poorer patient survival and the identification of novel molecular targets.

On the inner turbulence paradigm

open access: yesVestnik Samarskogo Gosudarstvennogo Tehničeskogo Universiteta. Seriâ: Fiziko-Matematičeskie Nauki, 2015
In the paper we study the reproducing of the initial phase of the inner turbulence (without regard for the boundary effects). The atypical regularization of multiple-component Euler system is made by the viscosity and diffuse layering introduction.

A Stepwise Risk Assessment for Explosion Events considering Probability Distribution of Explosion Load Parameters

open access: yesComplexity, 2018
The potential risk of explosion always exists in offshore topside facilities that deal with flammable materials. Thus, explosion risk analysis taking into account possible scenarios should be performed during the design process to reduce probability of ...

Intein‐based modular chimeric antigen receptor platform for specific CD19/CD20 co‐targeting

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
CARtein is a modular CAR platform that uses split inteins to splice antigen‐recognition modules onto a universal signaling backbone, enabling precise, scarless assembly without re‐engineering signaling domains. Deployed here against CD19 and CD20 in B‐cell malignancies, the design supports flexible multi‐antigen targeting to boost T‐cell activation and
