Intein‐based modular chimeric antigen receptor platform for specific CD19/CD20 co‐targeting
CARtein is a modular CAR platform that uses split inteins to splice antigen‐recognition modules onto a universal signaling backbone, enabling precise, scarless assembly without re‐engineering signaling domains. Deployed here against CD19 and CD20 in B‐cell malignancies, the design supports flexible multi‐antigen targeting to boost T‐cell activation and

Structural and functional characterization of chitinase from carnivorous plant Drosera adelae
A class I chitinase from the carnivorous plant Drosera adelae was expressed and purified using a yeast system, revealing high enzymatic activity. Structural analyses of the catalytic and chitin‐binding domains identified key tyrosine residues involved in substrate binding, offering insights into the enzyme's adaptation for insect digestion.

Fire retardant for expansion and linear joints in buildings and tunnels [PDF]
The review of fire-prevention barriers of deformation seams both foreign, and domestic manufacturers is provided in article. It is shown that the fire-prevention barriers which are specially developed for application in deformation seams, guaranteed working at compression, stretching and shift of a seam are applied to protection of deformation seams at

Heat-electricity joint bidding strategies for intelligent buildings in intelligent building cluster
Abstract With the improvement of intelligent buildings (IBs), the problem of energy consumption in IB integrated energy system is becoming more and more serious. Multiple IBs form an intelligent building cluster (IBC) through energy coordination and complementation and energy mutual gathering.
