Preliminary Research on Dynamic Hoek–Brown Strength Criterion for Rock Mass
The Hoek–Brown strength criterion is commonly employed to anticipate rock mass failure, considering influential factors including rock mass quality and static stress conditions.

A new nonlinear thermo-mechanical model for heavily jointed rock masses is presented. The model describes poroelasticity, shear-enhaced compaction and brittle-ductile transition in porous dry rocks. The basic input parameters in the model such as elastic

Modeling of a jointed rock mass under triaxial conditions
One of the most important aspects of designing a structure on or in a rock mass is based on the strength response of a jointed rock mass. Understanding this important aspect, the present study was undertaken to understand the strength response of a ...

ABSTRACT Vascularization remains a major obstacle in tissue engineering. Here, we introduce a bioprinting strategy to generate centimeter‐scale, self‐organizing “mother vessel” constructs from iPSC‐derived hiMPCs. By optimizing bioink composition, printing was accomplished in a single‐step approach. Within one week, hiMPCs differentiated into both CD31+

APPLICATION OF POINT INTERPOLATION METHOD IN JOINTED ROCK MASS
In this paper, point interpolation method (PIM) is applied to analyze the nonlinear and elastoplastic behavior of jointed rock masses. PIM is advantageous over the other meshless methods that are based on moving least square (MLS) technique. On the other

Mechanical Activation of Piezo1 Drives Osteoarthritis Through Kdm5c‐Mediated Epigenetic Silencing
Excessive mechanical stress activates Piezo1, triggering Ca2+‐dependent cytoskeletal forces that deform the nucleus and reduce H3K4me3. Kdm5c demethylates H3K4me3 at Col2a1 and Runx3 promoters. Kdm5c knockout rescues degradation. Repurposed telmisartan directly inhibits Kdm5c, blocking this axis and showing disease‐modifying efficacy in mouse OA models
