Dynamical Symmetry Breaking In A Nambu-Jona-Lasinio Model And The Vacuum Structure [PDF]
The vacuum structure for a Nambu-Jona -Lasinio type model is studied using the effective potential approach. The relevant degrees of freedom are taken to be two different sets of static, auxiliary fields with different symmetry properties, related by Fierz transformations in the action.

Spin‐Selective Anisotropic Magnetoresistance Driven by Chirality in DNA
It is shown that magnetoresistance (MR) measurements carried out as a function of angular dependence between the magnetic field and a chiral (DNA) interface provide a valuable new insight into the charge transport mechanism associated with the chiral‐induced spin selectivity (CISS) effect.

The Rare Case of a Probably True IgE-Mediated Allergy to Local Anaesthetics
The majority of immediate type adverse reactions to local anaesthetics seem to be non-IgE-mediated. We report a case of a 31-year-old woman, who developed conjunctivitis and conjunctival erythema immediately after intrauterine application of a local ...

Użyteczność teorii Jonasa w rozstrzyganiu konkretnych problemów ekologicznych?
The following article attempts to answer the question if it is possible to find criteria enabling to solve the ethical-political dilemmas such as the one of Rospudy Valley on the grounds of Jonas ethical theory, the answer to this question is ...

Bosonization, effective action, and R-operation in a generalized Nambu-Jona-Lasinio model [PDF]
Bosonization in a theory with four-fermion interaction of Nambu-Jona-Lasinio type with additional U(N) symmetry is studied. It is demonstrated that bosonization is not uniquely determined by the interaction terms due to Fierz identities. Effective action including both fermions and composite fields is constructed.

The biocompatibility of alginate dialdehyde (ADA) and gelatin (GEL) hydrogels cross‐linked with human transglutaminase (hTG) is demonstrated in vivo with a high degree of stability and angiogenic potential. The additional enzymatic cross‐linker hTG and the increased concentration improve stability and angiogenic potential. The X‐ray microscopy (XRM) is

Octet Magnetic Moments with Null Instantons and Semibosonized Nambu-Jona-Lasinio Model [PDF]
It is shown that the difference between the magnetic moment results in the quark model with null instantons and semibosonized Nambu-Jona-Lasinio model lies in the description of the magnetic moment of the $ \Lambda$-hyperon.
