How inhomogeneous can an inhomogeneous Jones matrix be?
Journal of the Optical Society of America A, 2020We determine the interval of the inhomogeneity parameter of a Jones matrix to get physically realizable optical systems satisfying the passivity condition. It is found that the inhomogeneity parameter depends on the inner product of the eigenvectors of the Jones matrix, but its maximum value depends exclusively on its eigenvalues.

Jones matrix imaging for transparent and anisotropic sample
SPIE Proceedings, 2015We propose an experimental technique for two dimensional Jones matrix imaging of transparent and anisotropic sample using polarization interferometer. Employing this technique, the Jones matrix components are measured for polarizer and quarter wave plate and results are compared with theoretical results of the samples.

On the jones matrix method in a twisted anisotropic medium
Optics and Spectroscopy, 2015The phenomenon of adiabatic following of light polarization in an anisotropic twisted medium is considered using the Jones matrix method. It is shown that the evolution of the light polarization state in a twisted anisotropic medium depends on the thickness of the specimen.
