Efficacy of Inebilizumab in N‐MOmentum Trial Participants With or Without Prior Immunosuppressants
ABSTRACT This post hoc analysis examined the impact of prior immunosuppressants on the long‐term efficacy and safety of inebilizumab, a cluster of differentiation 19+ B‐cell–depleting monoclonal antibody, in participants with aquaporin‐4–seropositive neuromyelitis optica spectrum disorder from the N‐MOmentum trial (NTC02200770).

Oil film analysis and axial uniform distribution optimization for the sliding bearing in GTF engines
The journal bearings of planetary gear are the key technologies of the gearbox in geared turbo fan engine(GTF). GTF journal bearings are usually operated under high-speed, heavy-load, and large-eccentricity conditions.

Performance Analysis of Couple Stress Fluid Operated Elastic Hydrodynamic Journal Bearing
Performance of bearings used in modern machinery is significantly affected by the elasticity of the bearing liner and viscosity of the lubricant. This paper considers couple stress fluid (CSF) model of the lubricant along with elasticity of bearing liner.

Fluid Compressibility Effects on the Dynamic Response of Hydrostatic Journal Bearings [PDF]
A theoretical analysis for the dynamic performance characteristics of laminar flow, capillar/orifice compensated hydrostatic journal bearings is presented. The analysis considers in detail the effect of fluid compressibility in the bearing recesses.

This report is related to the development of a magnetic journal bearing which can support a rotating shaft without any mechanical contact. A complete levitation is successfully achieved by means of a combination of permanent magnets and servo-controlled electromagnets. The principle and the characteristics of this bearing are as follows.

Objective We examined whether 18 months of strength training in individuals with knee varus alignment and medial tibiofemoral osteoarthritis (OA) reduced knee joint loads during walking compared to an attention control group. Methods This study was a secondary analysis of a randomized clinical trial that compared the effects of strength training to a ...

Rheumatologic Manifestations of Patients With Type B Insulin Resistance
Objective The objectives of this study were to identify laboratory and clinical features associated with type B insulin resistance (TBIR), a rare condition caused by autoantibodies that inhibit the insulin receptor, most frequently occurring in the setting of systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE), and to increase awareness of this rare, life‐threatening ...
