Extracting JSON Schemas with Tagged Unions [PDF]
With data lakes and schema-free NoSQL document stores, extracting a descriptive schema from JSON data collections is an acute challenge. In this paper, we target the discovery of tagged unions, a JSON Schema design pattern where the value of one property of an object (the tag) conditionally implies subschemas for sibling properties.

JSON Schemas with Semantic Annotations Supporting Data Translation
As service-oriented architectures are a solution for large distributed systems, interoperability between these systems, which are often heterogeneous, can be a challenge due to the different syntax and semantics of the exchanged messages or even ...

Witness Generation for JSON Schema
JSON Schema is a schema language for JSON documents, based on a complex combination of structural operators, Boolean operators (negation included), and recursive variables. The static analysis of JSON Schema documents comprises practically relevant problems, including schema satisfiability, inclusion, and equivalence.

Schemas And Types For JSON Data. [PDF]
The last few years have seen the fast and ubiquitous diffusion of JSON as one of the most widely used formats for publishing and interchanging data, as it combines the flexibility of semistructured data models with well-known data structures like records and arrays. The user willing to effectively manage JSON data collections can rely on several schema

Not Elimination and Witness Generation for JSON Schema
JSON Schema is an evolving standard for the description of families of JSON documents. JSON Schema is a logical language, based on a set of assertions that describe features of the JSON value under analysis and on logical or structural combinators for these assertions.
