Skin‐Like Tri‐Modal Sensors Based on Soft Piezoelectric and Ionic Composites

Inspired by the multimodal perception of human skin, a soft, skin‐like tri‐modal sensor is presented. Aluminum Oxynitride‐Engineered Transparent Aluminum Nitride Resistive Memory for Low‐Leakage Multilevel Switching in Micro‐LED Pixels

An AlON interfacial layer is engineered within an AlN switching layer to enable transparent RRAM with four stable resistance states. The device achieves low‐voltage multilevel switching and a high HRS, allowing precise grayscale modulation and preventing light leakage in micro‐LEDs operated at VDD = 2.7 V.

Biodegradable Wireless Soil Urea Sensor Using Metamaterial Perfect Absorber for Distributed Deployment in Precision Agriculture

In this study, we propose a biodegradable wireless soil urea sensor for precision agriculture. The sensor's electromagnetic response varies depending on the urea concentration, allowing the measurement of relative soil urea concentrations by analyzing the time‐transient electromagnetic response.
