Constitutive PRKCN expression is driven by super‐enhancers and modulated by NF‐κB signaling in multiple myeloma (MM). PRKCN activates mTORC1/2‐IRF4 signaling axis and favors tumor cell growth independently of its kinase activity. IRF4 reciprocally promotes PRKCN transcription, creating a feed‐forward loop.

Agency in the Alternatives: Common-Law Perspectives on Binding the Firm [PDF]
This chapter in a forthcoming book examines the external aspects of agency law in the context of unincorporated firms, that is, the capacity of actors associated a firm to bind it to the legal consequences of interactions with third parties.

A MXene‐enhanced electrochemical sensor enables the rapid and direct detection of methamphetamine. Molecular simulations reveal that specific MXene surface functional groups act as key signal amplifiers by facilitating interfacial interactions. The sensor demonstrates high sensitivity and robust performance in complex biological matrices.

A neural network‐enabled permittivity engineering paradigm is introduced, transcending traditional trial‐and‐error design. By decoupling electromagnetic parameters and screening a high‐throughput feature space, an ultrathin (1.0 mm) magnetic absorber is inversely designed, experimentally achieving a superior and customizable 5.1 GHz bandwidth and ...

Perceived mental illness is associated with judgments of less agency, yet more moral wrongness
For a set of 10 conditions (e.g. homosexuality, obesity, drug addiction), we explored associations between moral judgments, agency evaluations, and perceptions that a condition is a mental illness. In a preregistered study ( n = 1,249 U.S. adults), we found that perceptions of lower agency were associated with decreased moral wrongness judgments, as ...
