Advanced Synthesis &Catalysis, EarlyView.The catalytic enantioselective epoxidation of acyclic tetrasubstituted alkenes, bearing a trifluoromethyl group, is reported. In the presence of Takemoto's thiourea organocatalyst and tert‐butyl hydroperoxide, epoxides are obtained with excellent yield and good to high enantioselectivity.

Advanced Sustainable Systems, EarlyView.Biosorbents derived from banana pseudostem are functionalized with polyethyleneimine, with or without glutaraldehyde, and evaluated for dye removal and solid‐phase extraction. The materials exhibit high adsorption capacities and broad pH applicability in dye removal, while computational studies reveal amino groups as key interaction sites.

Advanced Science, EarlyView.Women with overweight or obesity follow intended isocaloric early and late time‐restricted eating (TRE) in a crossover trial. Shotgun plasma lipidomics reveals no significant differences between interventions, but identify pronounced lipid changes—including reductions in ceramides and phosphatidylcholines—within the early TRE.

Advanced Science, EarlyView.Physiological flow (0.5 Pa) conditioning promotes resilience of an iPSC‐derived blood–brain barrier endothelium to mild systemic inflammation. In contrast, high “cytokine storm” levels induce barrier breakdown, fibrinogen leakage, and astrocyte activation, reconstituting the two‐hit injury mechanism on‐a‐chip.
