Anti‐PD‐1 Nanobody‐Armored MSLN CAR‐T Therapy for Malignant Mesothelioma: Preclinical and Clinical Studies

A novel therapy using engineered immune cells (NAC‐T cells) showed promise for refractory malignant mesothelioma. Based on the encouraging preclinical data, the first‐in‐human trial is initiated, demonstrating tolerable safety and promising anti‐tumor activity (ORR 63.6%, DCR 100%, including one CR).

A Novel Function of Nonadecanoic Acid in Regulating Glucose Homeostasis

This study identifies the odd‐chain fatty acid C19:0 as an endogenous ligand of GPR120 that promotes glucose homeostasis via Gαq signaling. In obesity, elevated palmitic acid suppresses endogenous C19:0 production through a miRNA–PPARα–HACL1 pathway, offering a promising direction for understanding the role of OCFAs in human health.

Od veljače do svibnja 2022. provedena su terenska istraživanja u izvorišnome području potoka Vrapčaka u Parku prirode Medvednica. Na približno 3, 37 km2 površine utvrđena je pojava 95 izvora, od kojih se oko dvije trećine nalazi u kredno- trijaskim, a trećina u miocenskim naslagama.

秸秆和菌渣改良剂对高寒沙地土壤有机碳库的影响

采用田间定位试验研究了秸秆颗粒（JG）和菌渣颗粒（JZ）改良剂（施用量分别为6，12，18，24 t/hm2）对川西北高寒沙地土壤碳库的影响。结果表明：施用JG和JZ改良剂可显著提高沙化土壤有机碳含量、有机碳储量、活性碳、土壤微生物量碳、微生物熵和碳库管理指数，其中对土壤微生物量碳和微生物熵的提升效果最为显著。与CK相比，施用第2年JG处理土壤有机碳含量、有机碳储量、活性有机碳、碳库管理指数平均增加96.2%，100.0%，157.1%，169.4%，JZ处理平均增加69.2%，66.3%，85.7 ...

CDK4/6 Inhibition Induces CD8+ T Cell Antitumor Immunity via MIF‐Induced Functional Orchestration of Tumor‐Associated Macrophages

CDK4/6 inhibition promotes CD8+ T cell expansion through tumor‐macrophage crosstalk by activating HIF‐1α and enhancing MIF‐CD44/CD74 signaling. This reprograms TAMs to boost MHC‐I antigen presentation, and CDK4/6 inhibitor‐trained M1 TAM supernatant therapy synergizes with low‐dose PD‐1 blockade to restore antitumor immunity.
