ZNF33B Promotes Japanese Encephalitis Virus Infection by Regulating the Stability of M6A‐Modified Trim25 to Control the Autophagy Process

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Upon JEV infection, ZNF33B recruits METTL14 to stabilize the METTL3‐METTL14 m6A methyltransferase complex, leading to increased m6A modification of host transcripts, including Trim25 mRNA. ZNF33B selectively binds m6A‐modified sites on Trim25 mRNA and accelerates its decay, resulting in reduced TRIM25 protein abundance.

Phylogenetic lineages in the Capnodiales [PDF]

open access: yes, 2009
The Capnodiales incorporates plant and human pathogens, endophytes, saprobes and epiphytes, with a wide range of nutritional modes. Several species are lichenised, or occur as parasites on fungi, or animals.

Facile Fabrication of Low‐Impedance, Highly Conformal Epidermal Electrodes Based on Laser‐Induced Graphene–Silver Nanocomposites

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
A facile laser‐induced graphene–silver nanocomposite strategy enables ultrathin epidermal electrodes with low impedance, high conductivity, and excellent mechanical robustness. The porous LIG–Ag conductive network mechanically interlocked with SEBS provides stable, motion‐resistant biopotential monitoring, enabling high‐fidelity ECG, EMG, and EEG ...

Analysis of Differences in Volatile Metabolites among Different Chili Pepper Varieties Based on Widely Targeted Metabolomics [PDF]

open access: yesShipin Kexue
In order to investigate the differences in volatile metabolites between Guizhou local dried chili peppers and other varieties, fresh ‘Jizhua’ chili peppers (GZ-JZ), a local variety from Congjiang, Guizhou, and four other cluster-type advanced-generation ...

SPADE: A Deep Learning Framework for Spatial Mapping and Quantitative Cell–Cell Interaction Inference

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
SPADE integrates spatial transcriptomics with single‐cell RNA sequencing by using cell–cell communications (CCC) as a guide for spatial mapping. It improves cell‐type localization, enhances sparse gene‐expression signals, and reveals CCC programs at single‐spot resolution.

Quantum Monte Carlo simulations of the t–Jz model with stripes on the square lattice [PDF]

open access: yesPhysica B: Condensed Matter, 2002
We have performed finite temperature quantum Monte Carlo simulations on the t-Jz model on the square lattice. An on-site potential, representing the effect of external mechanisms, is used to stabilize a state of straight site-centered stripes. We show in the first place that various results of our simulations can be related to features observed in high-

A Single‐Cell Transcriptomic Atlas of the Ovine Rumen Microbiome Characterizes Lineage‐Specific Metabolic Shifts Associated with Host Heat Tolerance

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
An optimized single‐cell transcriptomic framework profiles over 60 000 cells to map the ovine rumen microbiome, partitioning the ecosystem into seven cross‐species functional clusters. In heat‐resistant hosts, a lineage‐specific metabolic shift in Anaerovibrio lipolyticus toward a highly glycolytic phenotype contributes to a “nutritional sparing ...
