Here, we demonstrate and investigate polarization‐enabled electromechanical responses in cryogenic physical vapor deposition (cryogenic PVD)‐deposited TexSe1‐x thin films, a tellurium‐based compound with a tunable bandgap and enhanced non‐centrosymmetry.

Tracking the symmetries of ℤ 3-orbifold K3s within the Mathieu groups
For ℤ 3-orbifold limits of K3, we provide a counterpart to the extensive studies by Nikulin and others of the geometry and symmetries of classical Kummer surfaces.

A hierarchically structured Fe‐BTC‐PMA immobilized 3D‐printed platform is engineered as a robust artificial enzyme for colorimetric glucose sensing. The hybrid architecture efficiently activates H2O2 to drive TMB oxidation. This integrated system enables sensitive, reusable, and scalable detection with enhanced catalytic stability and analytical ...

A note on elliptic k3 surfaces [PDF]
We study the relationship between an elliptic fibration on an elliptic K3 surface and its Jacobian surface. We give an explicit description of the Picard lattice of the Jacobian surface. Then we use the description to prove that certain K3 surfaces do not admit a non-Jacobian fibration. Moreover, we obtain an inequality involving the determinant of the

Formality conjecture for K3 surfaces [PDF]
We give a proof of the formality conjecture of Kaledin and Lehn: on a complex projective K3 surface, the differential graded (DG) algebra $\operatorname{RHom}^{\bullet }(F,F ...

The conjectural equivalence of curve counting on Calami- Yau 3-folds via stable maps and stable pairs is discussed. By considering Cali-Yau 3-folds with K3 fibrations, the correspondence naturally connects curve and sheaf counting on K3 surfaces.

Tensile‐strained bismuth nanosheets (TS‐BiNs) achieve a formate Faradaic efficiency of 92% at −1000 mA cm−2 and enable stable production of pure formic acid (HCOOH) in a solid‐state electrolyte reactor. Theoretical calculations reveal that the introduced strain lowers the energy barrier for *OCHO intermediate formation, fundamentally enhancing the ...

Chiral‐Encoded Pt‐Ir Surfaces as Apparent Spin Filter for Enhanced Oxygen Reduction
The Chiral‐Induced Spin Selectivity (CISS) effect is employed in chiral‐encoded mesoporous Platinum‐Iridium (Pt‐Ir) electrocatalysts to enhance the oxygen reduction reaction (ORR). A break in spin symmetry leads to a substantial antagonistic difference in activity (>200%) when comparing two enantiomorphs of the same electrode.

Motives of isogenous K3 surfaces [PDF]
We prove that isogenous K3 surfaces have isomorphic Chow motives. This provides a motivic interpretation of a long standing conjecture of Šafarevic which has been settled only recently by Buskin. The main step consists of a new proof of Šafarevic’s conjecture that circumvents the analytic parts in [2], avoiding twistor spaces and non-algebraic K3 ...
