We developed a highly multiplexed protocol that combines the early pooling of marker genes that target broad taxonomic groups and taxon‐specific markers in a single tube reaction. This approach dramatically reduces the costs of community‐level biodiversity quantification and lowers the need for input DNA without compromising output quality.

Summary: We study the geometry of real light-like hypersurfaces of an indefinite Kähler manifold \(\bar{M}\). We provide new results on such a real light-like hypersurface \(M\) by using the \(F\)-structure of \(M\) induced by the almost complex structure \(J\) of \(\bar{M}\).
