This study sequenced and analyzed the complete mitochondrial genome of Cryptotermes domesticus and reveal its mitogenomic characteristics. Phylogenetic analysis was performed using Bayesian inference and maximum likelihood methods based on 13 protein‐coding genes, and the monophyly of Kalotermitidae was supported.
