The Karelian Dialect of Kolvitsa, Kola Peninsula

Kolvitsa is the only surviving Karelian village on the Kola Peninsula, and the northern­most Karelian village in the world. Its inhabitants speak a mixed migrant vernacular, which developed in isolation from the Karelian Proper dialect continuum.
