Development of KASP markers for FT family genes in soybean
FLOWERING LOCUS T (FT), a key regulator of photoperiod pathway, plays a pivotal role in modulating flowering time and growth period-related traits in plants. In this study, we identified 10 FT family genes in soybean and examined their functional divergences through sequence alignment analysis.

EasyKASP: a simple and fast tool for KASP primer designing
Abstract Background Kompetitive Allele-Specific PCR (KASP) is a fluorescence-based, high-throughput and cost-effective genotyping technology, which has been widely used for detecting both single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) and insertion-deletions (InDels) across various species.

Sequencing vs. amplification for the estimation of allele dosages in sugarcane (Saccharum spp.)
Premise Detecting single‐nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) in a cost‐effective way is fundamental in any plant breeding pipeline. Here, we compare three genotyping techniques for their ability to reproduce the allele dosage of SNPs of interest in sugarcane

Development and validation of diagnostic KASP markers for MYMIV resistance in urdbean
Mungbean Yellow Mosaic India Virus (MYMIV) is a major constraint to productivity in urdbean, necessitating the development of reliable molecular markers for resistance breeding. The present study reports the development of two Kompetitive Allele Specific PCR (KASP) markers for the Tobacco Mosaic Virus ( TMV
